Ovo de Páscoa- Easter Egg

Assim como o coelho,o simbolismo dos ovos está relacionado com uma nova vida e fertilidade,além de adoçar a alma.
Presentear as pessoas com ovos é um costume antigo,comum entre os povos que habitavam a região do Mediterrâneo,Leste Europeu e Oriente. Os ovos eram cozidos e pintados com desenhos lembrando as plantações que tinham início nesse período. A esperança de fertilidade do solo e de abundantes colheitas,eram representadas com a troca dos ovos coloridos.

-a decoração dos ovos pode ser traçada desde os antigos cristãos da Grécia e Síria,que trocavam os ovos tingidos de vermelho carmin para representar o sangue de Cristo.
-o maior ovo de Páscoa do mundo foi criado na cidade de Vegreville,em Alberta,no Canadá,em comemoração da Real Polícia Montada Canadense. O ovo tem 9 metros e é feito de aluminio permanente anodizado de dourado,prateado e bronze.
